Use These 7 Ingredients Instead of Soap or Face Wash

A pre-condition for healthy skin is to keep the skin clean. And to keep the skin clean, we usually use soap or face wash. Soap is not good for face skin because it can make skin too dry and harsh. If we use soap frequently on our skin we will lose our natural oil from skin which can lead skin allergy. By using more face wash on face can make skin rougher. So what to do? There are some natural things which we should use for washing face instead of soap. Today I am going to tell you how you can wash your face without using soap or face wash naturally.

Following 7 Way Ingredients Of Face Wash :

1. Milk:
Milk is a natural element which helps to hydrate the skin and remove dead skin cells very well. The raw milk is quite effective for skin. This is called natural cleanser. If you have any skin burns and wounds milk will help you to cure that too. So wash your face with milk if you want soft, smooth and naturally bright skin. You can use milk for washing face daily because it has no side effects.

2. Sugar:
Scrubbing the skin with sugar can help you to get bright, soft and smooth skin naturally. Take powdered sugar and mix with Aloevera gel then Use it in the skin. It will act as a natural exfoliate. Aloevera gel and sugar will remove dead skin cells and will help you to increase the brightness of the skin. You can use honey and sugar powder together for better result but do not massage harshly on skin. Just apply it and wait for 2-3 minutes and then wash your face with cold water.

3. Oatmeal:
Oatmeal is a natural detergent for skin. It’s pretty effective, especially for sensitive skin. Take 1/4 cup oatmeal powder and Small amounts of water or oil or Aloevera gel. Make a paste by mixing all the ingredients. Take it to massage the skin. Face Wash the skin with warm water. You can also add honey with it.

4. Honey:
Honey is sweet and it helps you to get soft and spotless skin. Honey contains natural elements which prevent skin irritation, itching. Massage the skin with pure honey for a while daily. Put a little honey on the skin. Then wash. It will help you to get clean and bright skin naturally.

5. Sour yogurt:
Take 1-2 table spoon of sour yogurt with lime or lemon juice and mix with 1 table spoon of milk. Now massage your skin with this mixture. You just can massage the skin with lemon juice also. Put it on the skin for a while after the massage. Then wash. It gives the skin a fresh look naturally.

6. Tomato and cucumber face pack:
We all know that fruits and vegetables are very necessary food for our human body. Vitamin c is good for skin because it can remove wrinkles, fine lines, pimples, pimple spots, acne and itching also. We can use vitamin c on our skin to get better skin. But the question is how we can use vitamin c on our skin. Take 2 pieces of circle sized tomatoes, 1 piece of cucumber slice, 1 pinch of turmeric powder and 1 table spoon of honey. Mix all the things properly with your hand. Now apply the face pack on your face and neck. You can use the blended tomatoes and blended cucumber for better use. Keep the face pack on your skin for 30 minutes and wash your face with cool water. This face pack is enriched with a lot of vitamin c and very good for removing all type of skin spots and sun burn from skin.

7. Orange and Multani clay pack:
Take 1 small size of orange and take out all the juice from the orange. Now pour the juice in a small bowl and add 1 table spoon of multani clay in it. You can also add 1 table spoon of honey and 1 table spoon of sandalwood powder in it for dry skin. Now mix all the ingredients like a cream or paste. Apply the mixture on your face and neck. Keep it for 20 minutes and wash it with warm water. After washing the face apply a mild moisturizer.

There are some benefits if you use face wash pack after bath. Most people use face pack before bath which is good but not beneficial for skin. You will get better result if you use face pack after bath. Just wash your face with warm water and dried up your skin. Then apply your face pack which is suitable for you. You can also use a hot towel on your skin to open up all pores of your skin. After 5 minutes of applying hot towel you can use face pack. When your skin pores are open then you will get better result with your face pack.
