We all love to eat ice cream. The ice cream is not only eaten on hot or cold it all season. However, in summer it is a little more to eat. We all love to eat an ice cream which is Chocolate Bar. We get relief from heat by eating ice cream so we normally buy ice cream. Everyone love to eat choc-bar but don’t think of making this ice cream in home. But we can make choc-bar in home. The taste of homemade Chocolate Bar will be great than any other ice cream. Today I am going to tell you how you can make choc-bar ice cream like shop in home with this simple and amazing recipe.
Ingredients you will need to make choc-bar:
1. 1 cup whipped cream
2. 2 table spoon of vanilla essence
3. ½ cups of chocolate
4. 1 cup milk
5. 1/5 cup of milk powder
6. 1 cup of sugar
Process of making Chocolate Bar:
1. Take a bowl and pour whipped cream into it, now use electric bitter to bit the cream. Mix sugar and again bit with electric bitter.
2. When the mixture will be totally mixed then add vanilla essence and milk powder into it.
3. Then add liquid milk into it and mix again.
4. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
5. Take another bowl; melt the chocolate on the stove. If you like dark chocolate then you may add some dark chocolate for melt.
6. Mold melted chocolate ice cream with a spoon and put it to good. You can put with the chopped nuts.
